ARCH 2017 Awards Night Recap!

(ST. LOUIS, MO) This past Saturday, Arch Rival Roller Derby held their 2017 ARCH League Awards at the Heavy Anchor.

As voted upon by League members, the event recognized winners in 46 separate categories that involved local teams, travel squads and support personnel.

ARCH veteran Kayla Woodward was recognized as “ARCH League MVP” and also claimed top honors as the “ARCH All-Stars Overall MVP” and “ARCH All-Stars MVP Blocker.”

In the “ARCH Fan Favorite Award” that was determined by voters online, Stunt Devils co-captain Cruella Belle-Ville  was selected as the winner.

Stunts blocker Bruise Almighty was recognized by the League as the “ARCH Rookie of the Year” as well as the “Most Improved Player” for 2017.

For Intraleague (local) overall Team MVP awards, Salty claimed top honors for the Smashinistas, Let’s Get Beard carved the top spot for the M-80s and Shear-Ra Powers snared the prize for the Stunt Devils.

Team MVPs for the other Interleague (travel) squads were She’Kill O’Neal for the Saint Lunachix B-team and Trigger Happy Jackie for the Fleur De Linquents C-team.
