ARCH All-Stars’ Journey At WFTDA Champs

The Arch Rival Roller Derby All-Stars returned to the International Championships of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) earlier this month.

The 2016 edition, featuring the top twelve global teams, was held at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon. ARCH, currently ranked eighth internationally, earned its second straight WFTDA Champs berth by placing third at the Madison Division 1 Playoff round held in Madison, Wisconsin in September.

In a quarterfinal qualifying match-up on November 4, ARCH claimed its first-ever WFTDA Championships tourney victory with a 177-165 duke over seventh-ranked Denver Roller Derby.
